To ensure a fruitful and transformative experience, we ask that participants commit to the following:

Program Commitment

  1. Active participation throughout the program’s duration: March– August.

  2. In-person attendance at two key events:

    Empowerment Introduction Sessions:

    March 13th 6:30pm – 9pm and March 14th, 9am-12p @Eagle Rock Church

    Empowerment Weekend:

    August 7th-8th, location and times TBA

    (More details to come. Participants are responsible for the cost of their room and meals)

  3. Monthly 30-minute virtual meeting with Pastor Sheila and Pastor Kim.

  4. Completion of program activities, including Empowerment Introduction Sessions, including group calls, book readings, study assignments, and Empowerment Weekend.

  5. A committed heart for ministry, a desire to serve God’s people, and a willingness to grow in your God-given calling.

As an emerging ministry leader, we believe this program will inspire, equip, and challenge you to take bold steps forward in fulfilling God’s purpose for your life. Preparation is key—it’s where God shapes us for the extraordinary things He has planned. Don’t let fear or insecurity hold you back. This is your time to rise!

NEXT STEPS:

Pastoral Recommendation: If you are not a member of Eagle Rock Church or Fire Church, please send the following link PASTORAL RECOMMENDATION to your pastor for their submission or have them download and print the form below and email it to lsbowlingerc@yahoo.com no later than February 15th, 2026.

Registration Fee: Once your “Pastoral Recommendation” has been completed and you have been accepted into the program, you will receive a link to submit your registration fee of $50. The deadline for payment is February 20th, 2026.  If itis not complete by then, we will understand that you’ve chosen not to participate at this time.
